About The Event
Russian American photographer Oleg Zaytsev is best known for his works in advertisement. As a creative producer he made a dozen of “no one ever did before” kind of commercials that gained both international and local respect and won most honorable industry prizes. His passion for photography has been opened to the art world while his exploring of New-York during the summer and autumn of 2018th.
Oleg uses his so called Three P method: People, Poses and Places to capture New York '18. “Only having these 3 elements simultaneously I can capture the world the way I see it at the moment, the way I want you to see it, the way I want world to remember it. The more I understand the city, the more I understand the people, the more I understand the people the more I understand myself,” - says Oleg. Looking at his works it seems impossible to draw the line between author’ self portraits at the NYC’s landscapes and the landscapes itself. One is the continuation of another .
