About The Event
Enrique Abed’s expo is a collection of photographs that portray the beauty of naked feminine bodies in Tulum’s beauty by melting body lines with nature in complete harmony.
It is part of a feminine liberation exercise that helps break the taboo of what means to be a women and the nature of sexuality.
About the Artist
Enrique was born November 3rd 1986 in Puebla Mexico. At 21 he discovered that life is more beautiful if seen behind the camera. Since then, the camera has been his companion in this wonderful adventure of finding his passion.
This visual artist was forged by trial and error. The language that he creates between his camera and his vision is the result of learning that his biggest limitations are his beliefs of what he can and cannot do.
In 2018 he breaks his own paradigms and decides to give us a glimpse into his world with short films such as “Bailando con Ballenas” “Nahual” and “Me Encantaría”
After traveling the world for a few years, he returned to his home country, and found inspiration in a magical place called Tulum. He has been in constant connection with nature, exploring his own dreams and desires and has now found a new language to express his feelings.
Enrique’s latest project, “Cuerpo y Alma al Desnudo” is an invitation to a unique experience of feeling free through the stimulation of the senses. It is an exploration of his own sexuality and his relationship with women. He believes that freedom is a medicine that has been forbidden in our society
“A photographer captures his own view of the world as he changes how he looks at himself, and therefore his world changes as well”.
